Celebration Assemblies
All celebration assemblies will be conducted online through Google with the children remaining in their classrooms.
Certificates
Each week, 2 children from each class are chosen to recieve a certificate for some of the amazing work they have completed during the week or a value or attitude they have displayed.
Bronze,Silver and Gold Cards
As part of the behaviour policy, children can earn bronze, silver or gold behaviour cards each day in the classroom. The children move up the 'ladder' from bronze to silver to gold when they show excellent attitude to learning, helpfulness in the class or outstanding work. At the end of each day, the children receive a card linked to colour they have ended the day on.
Every Friday all the gold, silver and bronze cards from each year group are added to 3 draws. One bronze, silver and gold winner is chosen each week in Year 1& 2, Year 3& 4 and Year 5 & 6 assemblies and these winners get to chose a prize from the prize cupboard.
Attendance
Attendance at school is very important. We will celebrate when children attend school everyday or everyday that they are able. When children miss days at school, they miss vital learning opportunities. To celebrate attendance, we will give bonus's out each week to any class that has a weekly attendance above 96% and an extra bonus to the class with the best attendance in each phase. At the end of the year, these bonus's can be swapped for rewards.
